Certifications
The manufacturers in the country of origin, where we purchase our products directly, are certified to meet all the quality standards required nowadays. Such standards include ISO with HACCP, BRC or FSSC for the manufacture of food stuffs or food stuff additives, GMP+ or QA for the production of animal feed, kosher, halal and ethical standards. All documents from the production facilities include extensive documents about the equipment, flow diagrams, audit reports and documentation of all the processes.
Internal quality assurance officers in the company monitor and improve our supplier management. Of course, suppliers are also regularly monitored on site at regular intervals and reevaluated.
As a trader we are also obligated to comply with the best quality standards. As top product quality is just as important as excellent service, we have acquired official confirmation of our diligent compliance with regulations and ordinances.
We have IFS Broker certification. The Organic board has certified us with LACON as DE-ÖKO-003 organic. We are also one of the few traders in Germany certified in compliance with FAMI QS.
