As a stockholding trader, we take on a great responsibility: as soon as we receive an order from our customers, we take on the extensive tasks that go hand in hand with the international procurement of goods. Everything has to be coordinated: Control over production planning and shipping at origin, communication with suppliers, quality control and maximum flexibility in our customers’ call-off planning. We manage this for you. From purchasing and processing import documents to on-time delivery, we have the entire process under control.
As a producer of goods for the food retail trade and direct sales to small businesses such as bakeries and ice cream parlors as well as for nutrition-conscious end consumers, we also deal with issues such as marketing, labelling and order picking/logistics – all in-house with competent, comprehensively trained employees.

The bar is set correspondingly high. We meet the associated requirements for documentation, product quality and professionalism with care and passion, as this is our guiding principle.
Quality is our top priority
The manufacturers in the countries of origin from which we source products are certified to all the quality standards which are required today. These include, for example, ISO 22000, IFS, BRC or FSSC for the production of food or food additives, GMP+ or QS for the production of animal feed, kosher, halal and ethical standards. All documents relating to the production facilities that are integrated into our quality management system include comprehensive documentation on the production facilities, flow charts, audit reports and documentation on all processes. Our supplier management is constantly monitored and further developed by our quality assurance team. In addition, suppliers are audited and reassessed on site at regular intervals.
However, we as retailers have also committed ourselves to maintaining the best quality features. As excellent service is just as important as the highest product quality, we have our careful compliance with rules and regulations officially confirmed.
We are certified according to IFS Broker and our production according to IFS Global Markets. We are certified by the ÖKO control body DE-ÖKO-003 LACON Bio. We are also one of the few retailers in Germany to be FAMI QS and QS certified.
